A day where every shelf held a new adventure.
HABIS learners stepped into the Ghana Library Authority ready to explore—and left with fresh stories, bright ideas and an even bigger appetite for reading.

The moment our learners entered the children’s library, curiosity took over. Colourful shelves invited them to browse, quiet corners became places of discovery, and every table seemed to hold a new conversation waiting to begin.
Library guides introduced the pupils to different sections, showed them how books are organised and encouraged them to choose stories that matched their interests. Soon, learners were reading together, sharing favourite pages and asking thoughtful questions of the adults around them.
The visit brought our classroom commitment to literacy vividly to life. More than a day away from school, it was a joyful reminder that confident readers are adventurous thinkers—and that a lifelong love of books can begin with one exciting visit.
